Lovely hotel!! Very clean and well-designed rooms. Staff was helpful. They even had Nespresso machines in the rooms. Riverfront location was fun.

Meh stay overall. Breakfast was basically nothing—just weak coffee and stale toast, no real options. Worst part? Location right by the railway—those loud train whistles blasted through the night, killing our sleep every few hours. Rooms okay but noisy vibes everywhere. Skip if you value rest.

I would absolutely stay here again. It was very comfortable and beautiful. My only complaint was about the availability of breakfast items. And snacks they said they had during the day. There was not enough...and I only saw a couple of apples and oranges for the snacks during the day. Plenty of water and coffee!!

The facility is very clean and quaint with it's retro "flour mill" beginning. The location is quite nice as we sat along the river and took advantage of the beautiful river walk. I wish we had an opportunity to try the restaurant. The view was excellent and the menu looked good. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The amenities were nice, too, however, the quality of the breakfast was a little lacking. I received a text message the first morning of our stay that they were short on maid staff and we would only receive fresh towels but we never even received that during our entire stay. There was no daily maid service. Overall it was was a pleasant visit and met our needs.

If I could give City Mills more than 5 stars I would! Everything is phenomenal; the staff, the service, the room, and the atmosphere. It’s definitely somewhere we’ll stay again if we’re in the Columbus area.

Loved the setting & the room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable as well as a shower with rainwater shower head as well as hand held wand & Nespresso machine. Breakfast was a variety of prepared items such as eggs, ham, oatmeal, grits, gravy & more.
