Wonderful sleep

Based on other reviews, I took a chance. It turned out to be clean, comfy, safe, and I slept wonderfully. That's what mattered. It was not a high-end hotel, nor was I expecting one as I did not reserve one. The only trouble I had was trying to find it. It was in a separate wing of the Grand, which, based on reviews, I did not choose to stay at. All worked out just fine and, should I be in that area again, I would most likely stay there again.

Wall was mudded badly and hastily painted. Bathroom had weird hearts painted everywhere and felt dirty. The room smelled like smoke. Thankfully we were only there one short night.

I don’t even know where to start. The lobby is disgusting and dirty the guy has 0 customer service the room there was no shower head the bathroom had a hole in the roof where a light used to be and they never fixed it when I was using the toilet I saw cockroach’s and for a non smoking room it smelled like mist and cigarettes don’t recommend unless every hotel is burned down even sleeping in a car would have been better I guess that’s why I got it for $50

Worse stay, will definitely not go there again. I got to my room and there was a box of what seemed to be parts for a shower head on top of the microwave. I went to the restroom and noticed it didn’t have the handle to turn on the shower. I called the front desk and they asked me if I wasn’t happy they can swap my room and for a room closer to the front. I walked all the way to the front desk and they gave me the room next to my my original room. I asked the front desk employee if there was something closer since I had to walk back again with all my bags and all he said was no.

Had cockroaches, micro didn't really work right, the main doors didn't work don't lock, you have to remember a 6 number code to get into the room, I asked for a key they said no so it took me about 6 tries to get into the room, then after paying you guys you guy's you have pay an extra $100.00 cash deposit at check-in

The person who checked me in at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The property itself is not the cleanest and smells of cigarettes almost everywhere, but I did not expect luxury for the price I paid. The area was fairly quiet.

This is actually two properties. For me it was very convenient. The room, while a bit out of date, was very clean with sufficient towels. I was there to sleep and for that it was great. I would recommend that the owners/managers update a few rooms and call them upgrades or what have you and thake any revenue from them to do a room at a time - paint and other updates.
