Well, from the moment I stepped out on the property with trash everywhere, long grass, untrimmed bushes, and cracks and rocks all over the parking lot, I didn’t even want to go inside! I wasn’t allowed to cancel, so I stayed, but I found a dirty bathroom floor, as well as bathtub. It is an old place and needs some TLC, and to be cleaned.

My mom was trnsferred from columbia hospital to another hospital and they wouldnt refund the money for the night. The shower was also moldy. Possibly black mold.

The floors were filthy in the hotel room. Floors weren’t swept, mopped Or vacuumed. I had to keep my shoes on the whole time. Found a hair in my bed down by my waist. However, the shower felt nice. Don’t recommend sorry

It was accessible and easy to get to. Check in was great. Breakfast was ok. Not much to it. But satisfactory. Front door was in need of some repair. The entry light in our room. Went off and on by themselves.

It looks as if they are or have been doing some renovations. It was fairly clean, very quiet and staff were very friendly. All Quality Inn and Suites are not all the same, the previous night in a different town was more comfortable and clean.

Filthy. Windows falling out of upper rooms. What is the name of the manager of this hotel? I want to contact him/her. This hotel appeared to be a facility which provides affordable shelter for homeless or desperate individuals. The pictures of this facility on various websites are a joke.

This place is disgusting. I wasn’t even sure if our room had been cleaned before our stay other than the beds were made. The tile floor was sticky in some areas and the carpet had debris all over it, especially under the beds—candy wrappers, toe nails, dust bunnies. There was black and pink mold all over the tub and shower curtain. The air just smelled musty, especially when the air conditioner came on, so I’m sure that was full of mold too. There were beard shavings around the sink area. Food crumbs on the office chair, stains on the other chair. Furniture was in disrepair, including the handle of a drawer completely missing, chunks of vinyl chipped off of tables, and dusty lampshades falling apart. The lady at the front desk was rude when I asked for a different room or cancellation. We booked through a third party and were not able to get a refund, so we stayed and just tried not to touch anything but the beds. I think I met the owner briefly, he seems really nice, perhaps too nice to fire some people that are bringing the business down.

Property is looking rough in spots; back door could not be accessed with key card, some mold in bathroom, outlet in bathroom did not work (so I had to dry my hair looking at the microwave door). B'fast was super lame -- just a bagel and yogurt really and a gross waffle iron. The tea selection was just Lipton black -- no herbal. They were price gouging for U of Missouri's graduation. Paying that amount of money for this level of hotel was painful.
