Very good

Very nice room , although the room is small for wheelchair to roll around , need small step to get into bed and need to add shelf or something for personal items to sit but I loved the shower that was perfect for wheelchair users . Thank you for your wonderful service .

Upon arrival, when I went to check-in I advised that my payed room was given to someone else who had the same last name as me, in which I knew was a lie cause there is no one with the same last name as me in the United States but my sisters who lives there n another country. The guy that was checking me in was very rude. I ask him could I get another one he said no cause my license didn’t have the correct last name that was on the reservations(the second lie) then he said we will refund your food the room in 3 to 4 business days mind you it’s 11:30 at night my kids and I was exhausted and he had no courtesy or empathy for none of that. This incident occurred on the 19th and I have not yet got my money and it is the 27th form the room😡😡😡😡

The bathroom! When it was "remodeled" it only painted over and not ever a good job at that. The tile were painted over and that included the fixtures. And while it was painted it need to be repainted because it was already chipping. In my sisters room the towels were dirty and the spout for the tub felt like it would of come off the wall. They only goo thing about this hotel was the staff. They were very friendly and did their best with what they had.

I went to SC for my brothers Army graduation, location was perfect only 7 mins away from Gate 4. Breakfast was ok for free breakfast. They had a few different types of bagels and muffins. They did have other options like make your own waffle and some eggs and sausage and oatmeal . I booked two double queens size rooms, one of the rooms did smell a little funky but I’m assuming it was the rug because the rooms were clean . The beds were comfy. Overall I can’t complain . It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants too. I would stay again if I needed too.

For one. There was not toothpaste. What hotel doesn’t provide toiletries when you money to stay there. Second, the sheets had blood like stains. The carpet was stained, the pull out couch/bed stained. The remote to the tv barely worked, it was missing the back piece. The tremors tat was half way. The door in the bathroom was so dirty. Does anyone clean? And the worst part, customer service was not It. No one was ever at the front desk, I wanted to purchase toothpaste no one was around, I had to yell behind the counter for service and no one ever came. So I left the stuff and went to my room.
