At checkin given 3 different rooms as something was wrong with each room. Gave up took 3rd room. Water in sinks did not get warm. Lock on door would pop open and leave door standing open

Room smelled musky when I walked in. Was propped open by the lock, probably to clear out the smell. WiFi didn’t work in the hotel. Was told the system “was down and the company needed to repair it”

The property had WiFi but no connection to the internet. I was first told it was just my room and one other and there was nothing they could do. Before I left I spoke with several other guests and they too had no internet connection. I realize they needed IT support which was not available on Friday night or the weekend. Not the receptionist's problem, but the property was disappointing as a result. To their credit they offered my some Reward Points, but I am not a member of their rewards program.
