This is a scam

The host did not ever send check in instructions, and did not respond to phone calls or messages from me or VRBO. This left us stranded in Columbia without a place to stay. After 2 days of no communication and no way of getting in to the property, the host ended up cancelling our stay and cited "guest minimum age" as the reason for him cancelling. All individuals staying at the property were 30 years or older. The host never reached out directly to us at all. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.
