Room that i booked was not available so i had to downgrade without any reimbursement. The room i was moved to didn't have heat. I had to relocate to another room after that. On top of all that the next morning there was no breakfast. Horrible experience!!!

This hotel has not been updated since the year of the flood so I envy the staff who tidied the room as best they could. Room was cleaned professionally daily, but we were entitled to breakfast which we did not get for four days because of some refrigeration issue AND they had no milk or PLATES for the first day even. We had to pay for breakfast elsewhere which we did not anticipate in our budget. After we paid via Expedia, we still had to pay a $50 fee which we did get back upon check out.

Safety concern. I turned on the lamp while lying in bed. It wouldn’t turn on, so I reached up to turn the bulb (without looking for the bulb) I touched a wire from a broken bulb. I got a shock. When checking out there was no one at the desk, even after ringing the bell. So I dropped off my key in the bowl on the desk and left.

This is a budget hotel so expectations matter. The room was adequate and clean. The guy at the front desk was really pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was reasonable considering it was included in the price. I would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly. The room had roaches and my blanket had cigarette burn holes on it. My room smelt like smoke and it was supposed to be a no smoke room. The rooms and the entire building needs maintenance.
