We’ve stayed here several time. In the past, the TV buffered a lot. This is the first time it did not at all and we actually enjoyed having it on. We were there for just a short time this trip and appreciate the fact that we could enjoy the lounge and food service while relaxing in the lobby. We did utilize the microwave to warm up some leftovers as well. Check in was fast and courteous. In the past we have also enjoyed fresh baked cookies upon arrival and my husband jokingly asked where’s the cookies. One of the staff stated, “This isn’t the Doubletree” and laughed. When she stepped away, staff said there used to be cookies under her breath. We just thought her quick response was odd. Regardless, we enjoy the convenience and location of the hotel, along with the outstanding cleanliness.

I believe there is an issue with the ventilation system in the room. The airflow appears to be insufficient, resulting in low oxygen levels. This makes the room uncomfortable to sleep in and causes me to wake up several times during the night. I would appreciate it if you could have this checked and resolved as soon as possible.
