Fantastic hotel with on the spot staff. From check in, to the end of our stay we had excellent service, with pristine rooms. The bar in the lobby is a well curated area, the textures, and the collection of eclectic sitting areas made every night fun and relaxing. You won’t find a better cup of coffee in town, and we can also highly recommend the morning sweet rolls!

The toilet was clogged upon check in. The thermostat was not working in our 2nd room. Ordered food to take to the room, made it to the room only to find out they did not put the lid on the soup, and it spilled all over the rest of the meal. They do not have change at their front desk to break large bills to tip for their valet drivers. As a platinum member, we were not offered an upgrade upon check-in. Dissapointg at best!

Staff was super friendly. However, the first night and next day we didn’t have a toilet that worked and constantly ran all night. Finally got it resolved later in the afternoon the second night. Just to have a heating unit fan keep you up all night, every night. Then the fridge decided it wanted to go out and we ended up unplugging it and loosing everything we had in it. Parking credits from Expedia package never applied. Cute hotel though. Avoid room 254!!!
