Hallways smelled like smoke. Breakfast was good although the hotel is close to a lot of restaurants there was a few homeless people hanging around the hotel as well sleeping in their cars. There was times we felt unsafe.

Staff was nice and accommodated an early check in when we arrived earlier than expected. Room was clean and quiet, could see some mountains from the window. Surrounding area was easily walkable with views of the mountains.

They could have done a better job with the cleaning. Some of the linens had a couple hairs. The chair in the room looked disgusting with stains. We were there 4 nights and didn't get room service, even after we requested it, because somehow the do not disturb was put on the door (be sure to make sure yours isn't if you want service). Breakfast was decent and included eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.

See they were pet friendly when I booked on the app, come to find out they were not Cat Friendly. So I called CheapTickets Support for a refund or at least credits so I can find a different hotel. The rep called the hotel and the manager there said they don’t give refunds because it’s listed on their site they don’t accept cats. I didn’t see this info on the CheapTickets App. The rep said there was nothing they can do so I’m out $115 for nothing. The hotel lady didn’t offer any sort of help or anything just said “ contact your third party” and continued whatever she was doing.

Loved the spacious suite for our family and the larger fridge and working freezer. The staff was warm and welcoming and even though we were late for breakfast and left food for our family, letting us eat without being rushed!

The hotel is in a convenient location to many attractions. I was a little apprehensive as it is in a busy area but it is relatively quiet. There are many chain restaurants within walking distance. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We booked a suite and the adjacent sitting room is a nice addition. I would definitely book again.
