The suite was clean and we had a quiet evening. Hotel is very close to grocery shopping and many restaurants surrounding it. It was great to have a full sized refrigerator, stove top and dishwasher in our room.

Hot tub was not hot at all. Room was freezing cold had to put temperature up to 90 just to get the chill out. The breakfast was not that good either.

The tv did not work. We immediately told staff about this. it was not fixed. It continued to flash throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. There was no breakfast offered either and we were not informed of this when checking in the evening prior.

We were visiting family and this was the closest hotel to where they live. We were very pleased with the property: clean, easy to access (although GPS took us the wrong direction), free breakfast and the man taking care of the dining area was friendly and very efficient.

Our sliding door in our room was broken and came off completely, almost falling on us. The elevators did not work during part of our stay, and when they did, they were crazy slow for just 3 floors.
