Very disappointing to come back to Embassy Suites and find this. Stained couch, stained tub, loud door I had to force open and closed, weak shower with little pressure and not hot, falsely advertised as a balcony room - tiny half moon of concrete without railings, closest elevator out of order.. but the staff was nice.

The hotel was very cold , everyone including the staff were wearing heavy jackets inside. The cable was out and minimal channels were available.
