This is a very large well maintained hotel. It’s safe and secure. I like that you need a key card to get into any entrance. It’s modern and feels cozy. The rooms are fairly spacious, very clean and the beds are so comfortable!!! Theres a decent sized pool and hot tub, and a nice clean work out area inside the hotel. There’s also a restaurant and bar on site and they offer room service from it. (Maybe not from the bar, we didn’t check) The room service prices are not nearly as expensive as I thought it would be. We ended up just getting pizza from a nearby restaurant because we had picky eaters with us. There’s a Target, the Broadmoor World Arena and a ton of other convenience shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. The staff is exceptional, every single one I came into contact with was friendly and professional. We asked for extra towels and they were at the room well within 10 minutes. We will definitely stay here again!

Thin walls

Room was nice. Walls were thin, would've been nice if someone was patrolling the halls or something since there were kids running around all night 10-11pm and again at 2-3am. Plus they hold a deposit that after a week if being checked out of the hotel is still pending in my account. Nice property just too loud in the halls.

The lobby is very very nice My room was not. Near the pool pump and not only did I hear it but the room smelled like chlorine. Service at the downstairs restaurant was poor. They ran low at the breakfast buffet and then when I ordered I had to wait a very long time bc of the backlog due to everyone ordering at once bc of the buffet issue. It is disorganized.

This is my 3rd time here and I was again happy with amenities and cleanliness. I did book a room with mountain view and got a floor level, parking lot view and when questioned this was told, " well thats not what we have for you". Not acceptable but I wasnt making a big deal about it. Next time I will get verbal confirmation.
