This is a very attractive property. The room was very nice. Only one issue that was a hassle - I prepaid the room on Expedia, but the hotel also charged my credit card for the room. After I pressed them, they admitted this is a glitch in their system, and it has happened before. I was told it could take up to 10 days for the hotel to reverse the charge on my credit card. I have booked many rooms on Expedia, and this has never happened.

We didnt know anything about breakfast 980 steakhouse was disappointing. Would have likes an indoor hot tub and pool. Outside pool couldnt be used at 8 and 9 am too cold. Room was nice. Slot machines were very tight. High Stake slots had nice machines, very low payouts.

The building itself was beautiful but several concerning issues in the bathroom. Faucets are very confusing and there is a law suit waiting as the tub is very slick with no rough surface and no hand rails at all. When checking in not told that we needed to ask for daily room service for bed make up and trash. There was no extension info on phone and told main desk but it was not resolved. The safe is buried below the low shelf in the closet and recessed so had to get on knees to use it, also very dark to see the numbers. Had to ask for a microware and pay $20 for a 1 time 5 minute use. When these issues were brought up to the service deck 2 times they did not note any concerns although they said they would bring it up to management and apologized and also said others mentioned concerns regarding hand rails in tubs and showers.

A wonderful gem!

Everything about this hotel was amazing! Modern, clean, comfortable. The rooftop pool was the best part! Heated pool with an amazing view, rooftop bar was nice to enjoy a cocktail in the pool. Loved the robes provided for use during our stay. Would return here in a heartbeat!

We did not receive any breakfast, coffee in room was great. The dinner recommended by hotel check-in staff at the steak house was a huge disappointment and a rip off. Poor service, long wait and the steak was raw even after we sent it back to cook longer. Most expensive and worse piece of meat we have ever had!!
