I could only get one key. The pool was closed. My room smelled bad and there was a lot of cat hair on the curtains. No cups in the room. No ice machine. The hotel looks like someone tried to renovate on the cheap. The elevator stunk and was unusually small.

Management and staff there were great. Made sure me, my daughter and my niece were comfortable and happy with the rooms. The pool was unfortunately closed for i guess maintenance or improvement but we stayed so busy with family while visiting it wasnt a huge deal.

1. Pool closed, had to oay $30 for a community pool 2. No light bulb in lamp 3. Holes in curtains 4. Exposed copper wires from a plug cord that was cut. 5. Spiders on walls 6. Shower leak causing water damage in wall 7. Asked for 1st flooe due to an knee injury, was placed on 2nd floor with a very slow and small elevator 8. Rusted and broken sink drain 9. Hole in stairwell wall 10. Furniture scratched and older Not worth "saving money" for.

The desc clerk was rude and could not make change so I could pay their fee. The room smelled very bad like mold and mildew, it was obvious that the hotel had ventilation issues. There also seemed to be some people hanging out that wear not hotel guests like friends of employees. It made me feal unsafe.

The stuff is very friendly very helpful accommodating what I didn't like about it is that every time I go there there's something wrong with the room like the vents don't work in the bathroom the locks on the ddoorswere flimsy and look like they got kicked in this last time I didn't have any trash cans the TV didn't work and the property looks sketchy. There's a lot of homeless hanging out outside I felt like I had to keep looking out for my car people were good service was good stay was okay.

The staff were polite and nice, but the hotel and surrounding area was very dangerous. There were drug addicts, staying at the property as well as hanging around outside.. this hotel was very rundown. Your hit with an odor as soon as you enter the hotel. The elevator was very sketchy.The continental breakfast was very poor. If you did not get down early enough, there wasn’t much of a choice. The pool was under construction. The room had a bad oder. The toilet, microwave and mini refrigerator were all disgusting. there was no blow. I had brought my own extra lock for my room door because I was traveling alone and I was very glad that I did because the door was not safe.. I tried to cancel my reservation, but I was denied by the hotel so I had no choice but to stay or lose my money that I prepaid. Lesson learned. There are much nicer, cleaner and safer hotels that are about the same price all over Colorado Springs.. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. June 2025

Could be converted into a homeless shelter. Very marginal environment for $92. One sweet immigrant girl in charge of the whole facility at night. My experience with Wyndham properties is very negative and their management should be ashamed and give their investors a better product!

There is nothing good about this place, avoid at all costs. Everything is broken, no amenities, rooms that wreak of mold and mildew cat pee dog pee and cigarette smoke. This place is a health hazard and probably legally should not be open. The rooms have missing smoke alarms and broken windows too

Our hotel stay was okay. However, the hotel is in dire need of renovations. Paint was coming off in the bathroom, there was a stain of some kind on the valance, the remote control was not fully functional to the TV, and the wifi didn't work. The market in the hotel only offered drinks and chips but The staff was nice.

Was not happy there was not a pool. The door didn’t lock. I rented a king bed and they gave me a queens the next morning. There was a crackhead in the parking lot with a backpack dumped out all next to my Maserati and the other guys BMW, I didn’t know if the guy was trying to break into our cars or what. The continental breakfast if you didn’t get there within the first 30 minutes, everything was gone minus maybe some juices and bagels. The lights flickered the whole time when you turn on the shower it just screamed a loud screeching noise, but did produce hot water I would never stay in a place like this or at this place ever again very disappointed that Wyndham would even call this one of their hotels
