Très beau, pratique, mobilier confortable, bien placé, hôtes sympathiques

Les deux seuls défauts seraient qu'il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine (notamment un épluche-légumes et un gros couteau de cuisine), et que le quartier est très bruyant la nuit.
