Splendid large house overlooking the valley to the West of Collioure. Sparklingly clean with all amenities and even the pool due to close during our week was open and excellent. Mme Wendling was very gracious although our French was not great. We didn't walk in-probably 25 minutes uphill on the return journey and parking in Collioure is apparently possible if you get there before 10.30 and this was late September! Great restaurants and free parking in Port Vendres and Port Argeles with Perpignan, Banyuls good local day trips. Collioure is of course lovely. A pity so many people have discovered this!

Super stay

A lovely villa, well supported by Claude, who was generous and extremely helpful with our transfer.Feasible without a car, with access to good local shops and markets (although this needs to be well-planned when it's hot).A wonderful area, with beaches to suit all times of day (we had particular ones for morning and evening bathing - and The Club for afternoon/siesta time).Super restaurants, I recommend Vermeil - Resto & Caveau, Paco and La Treille for tapas and wine.Excellent - book with confidence!

Spacious and comfortable

A warm welcome from Mme Wendling, who even helped us unload the car! The views from the terraces were spectacular. Everything we needed was there. Access by road is straightforward, and the parking is great. Having aircon was a bonus. Nearby residents were very friendly. Agree with others about the uphill walk back from the town! All in all we had a lovely, relaxing holiday.

Wonderful villa in Collioure

We stayed at the villa for three weeks and had a great stay. It has an amazing view and was a large and comfortable space for us and our 1 year old child, including a crib and booster seat. The pool was also great. Note that this villa does not have wifi and requires a fairly intense and steep walk to get into town, which may be difficult for older guests or young children. Overall I would absolutely recommend the villa! Thank you!

Lovely vacation stay

This apartment provides all the things most people look for in a vacation rental, including a superb view which can be seen from every room, good size rooms, excellent air conditioning, tile floors, well-working stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and clothes washer, high ceilings, outdoor space, no noise, a large information binder on local attractions, beach umbrella and beach chairs, and a fabulous deep pool with a view of the Mediterranean. The apartment pictures don’t do it justice. The town of Collouire is a fifteen minute walk from the apartment and is incredibly lovely with lots of restaurants, bakeries, ice-cream shops, supermarket, twice-weekly markets, and forts/castles/churches to explore. Collouire’s beach is rocky, but some of France’s nicest sandy beaches are a ten-minute drive from the apartment by car. The Spanish border is approximately 45-minutes by car. Lots to do and see in the region, including vineyards, medieval towns, hiking, kayaking, and more. The hostess, Mrs. Wendling is very helpful, flexible, and kind. We intend to return someday. Totally exceeded our expectations!

A comfortable and spacious apartment with absolutely stunning views - photos do not do it justice! It is located in a quiet gated community within easy walk into town and the beach. The communal pool is great, and has never been busy during our stay. The apartment is very well equipped, beds are comfortable and the air conditioning was a massive plus. The balcony and the terrace with bbq are fabulous. One of the best places we stayed in France!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été ravis par notre séjour. La propriétaire est très gentille et la maison superbe. Très bien équipée, au calme et avec une vue magnifique. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine en ce mois d'octobre mais la table de ping-pong a ravi nos enfants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Clothilde et Antoine

Ein wunderschöne, großes Haus

Herrlicher Blick, viel Platz, alles Notwendige vorhanden Liegt oben am Hang, d.h. dass man/frau gut zu Fuß sein muß Aber Weg in den Ort nur 15-20min.

A wonderful stay

We spent a week in Collioure and enjoyed every minute. The flat is perfectly suited to visit the village either through a short walk or on a bicycle. Mme. Claude gave us a very warm welcome with some local specialties even though we arrived 3 hours late. The house is well equipped, rhe kitchen has everything that is needed to even prepare a lush meal. We would love to return and can only highly recommend this place. The bridge with the large road that is shown on the photos worried us but we can confirm earlier reports that you hardly hear it and we always slept well even with open windows

Traumhafte Aussicht und hübsche Villa

Geräumige Villa mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Pyrenäen. Sonnen Balkon und einem tollen Gemeinschaftspool. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Angenehm ist auch, dass es einen privaten Parkplatz gibt. Die hübsche Innenstadt ist gut zufuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen gleichermaßen erholsamen, als auch einen erlebnisreichen Urlaub. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt. Liebe Grüße aus Köln.

Séjour très agréable.

Un séjour très agréable dans une villa lumineuse dotée de deux très belles terrasses. On peut toutefois regretter l’absence de wi-fi et de possibilités pour écouter de la musique.

Séjour bien agréable

Propriétaire trés agréable. Logement bien équipé et assez spacieux, conforme à la description. Seul bémol, un écran TV trop petit et une réception parfois mauvaise. Dommage également qu'il n'y ait pas de WiFi. Belle vue.
