This centrally located home is well appointed and very peaceful. Close enough to walk-or bike to the Texas A&M campus, restaurants, and shopping, this freshly remodeled house is cute and cozy.

Each of the 3 bedrooms features a Roku TV, comfortable bed, and convenient placed to charge your phone's battery as well as yours.

The large backyard is fenced and private and has plenty of room for your furry friends to enjoy. There is also a charcoal BBQ pit for outdoor cooking.

It was a beautiful home! The owners were very upfront regarding the neighborhood which I appreciated because we would have been shocked had we not had a heads up. We never felt unsafe.

A great stay

We had a great stay lots of neat stuff inside the house probably could have had a few more towels for the bathroom but still very adequate!The yard was overgrown quite a bit Property was in close proximity to university grounds which was very nice Over all we greatly appreciate your hospitality and really likes your house Thank you!

Perfect Stay for My Husbands Short Business Trip & Was 100% Perfect for Our Pets. We Felt Blessed to have a Back Yard totally Fenced for the Safety of Our Dogs. Perks: Loved the Antique Hutch & Coffee Bar! Loved the Decorations! Loved Spacious Open Kitchen to Living Room. Felt Uneasy with Location of House vs. Appearance of Local Residents. Thank You for the Rental Opportunity!

College Station getaway.

The owners were very informative about the area and the house was really well maintained- three adults and one 9 year old stayed without feeling cramped. The reservation was for the weekend however due to a family emergency, we only used it for Saturday night. I would reserve this place again should the need arise.
