The staff is sweet. However, the rooms feel mucky and even though it’s a non smoking room, it definitely feels like someone did smoke in there before. It’s good for a one night and for having dogs, but I wouldn’t recommend more than a one night stay. The restrooms needs to be updated. The sliding door in our shower kept opening up, and it seems like the was was cracked.

The room had something odd stuck on the wall of the shower like if it had not been clean. Also something on the floor in the bathroom as a red jelly substance which also was not previously clean. The wall in the bathroom was broken towards the bottom. Chair in the room was stained and had pen writing all over it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

We chose this hotel because it was one of the closest to Santa’s wonderland and that’s a plus.. but it was the one of the dirtiest hotels we’ve been to.. the smell of the hotel was plain gross.. like stale breakfast sausage. TV did not work in our first room.. we switched to a new room and there was pee all over the toilet seat upon arrival and dust everywhere. The carpets around the property were utterly stained. Seems like it’s an old property. Didn’t even want the free breakfast. Will NOT be staying at a La Quinta again.

We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool offered, that was actually not in service during our stay. The bathroom door in one room didn't close or lock, as well as the remote barely worked. That room's alarm also started blaring at 5 am without being set. The toilet in our 2nd room had a handle that stuck so bad it barely flushed. The key card access doors on back and side of the building didn't work when we returned after dinner. We had to walk the entire perimeter of the building to use the main entrance. The only positive attribute to this establishment is their friendly staff.
