The hotel overall was not clean. Shower curtain was short causing water to spill outside. There was only hot water in the shower. Weird black and brown muck in the shower. Dead insect was seen near the commode. The room carpet was not clean especially under the bed.The corners of the room were not clean. The AC was stuck at the same temperature.

A&m visit

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures in person. It was very outdated and dingy. Rust in the sink and the shower just flooded the floor. Grout coming off when water hit it. The bed was comfy but the pillows sucked. It felt humid in the room. Microwave was dirty. Wouldn't stay there again.

When we first went to room we passed a closed pool. I book specifically hotels that have outdoor pools so we can relax while traveling. We weren’t to or notified. I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Secondly, when we got to our room there were many dead roaches lying around and small little black things. Either rat poop or Rollie pollies

Fridge was not working. I checked to see if perhaps the cord wasn’t plugged into the wall, but it was! Telephone in room was not working so I could not call front desk to complain when I arrived my room. I was too tired to walk or drive to the front desk since it’s a bit of a distance from the building that my room was located. Dirty stairs leading to the top floor of the building, there was a smashed dead cockroach on the way up. Open Trash can on the top floor was full and reeked of a bad odor. That was the odor which permeated through the air. Opened my room to the welcome of a horrific musty smell. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, so where was that background cigarette smell coming from? Yes, bed linen appeared clean and beds were well laid and tidy, but that was the only good thing there. Bathroom - don’t even know where to start.. This Property needs a major upgrade. Everything screams poor management, old, outdated. I could not stay in the property after reserving and paying for 2 nights. I wish I had taken pictures. I could not even unpack my suitcase!!! I stayed there roughly about an hour, just enough time to get another reservation 30 minutes away in Navasota. Country inn Navasota was a saving grace. Unfortunately, every surrounding hotel in College Station was either sold out due to the event in the town that weekend or the price was just outrageous. This is my honest review.

The TV did not work during our stay, and the front desk just told us they couldn’t do anything to fix it. The Wi-Fi was very slow. The door lock didn’t work, but they came very fast to fix the lock. There was barely any variety for breakfast. When we were there, there was only cereal, milk, yogurt, packaged oatmeal, coffee, and juice. There was a waffle machine, but they ran out of the waffle mix. As a result, there was a long line for the waffle machine.
