This is an immaculate, comfortable and convenient home! We had everything we needed, and enjoyed cooking in the very nice kitchen. We loved ping pong in the spacious basement, watching movies on huge tvs, and being able to spread out in the living areas. You cannot be any closer to campus! The neighborhood was also very quiet. Thank you!

Loved our stay here while moving in our son at TAMU. Home is close to campus but I’m a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay .. great location for all A&M activities. Easy check in and checkout. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Not handicapped accessible as all bedrooms and baths are upstairs but only 6 steps up. The game room downstairs a level was a plus with a ping pong table & large TV & a couch. Nice up to date kitchen.

The location is perfect, with a short walk to campus and a short drive to plenty of restaurants and HEB. The area is very quiet. There is lots of room for everyone to feel comfortable, and there is a great game room downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. It is a very clean home with the most comfortable beds we've had at any property so far.

Great family house!

We loved the house. the four bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own space and the downstairs game room allowed us get together for some fun family time. the house is centrally located and close to everything. will definitely stay here again.
