After we checked in at 3pm, we left the hotel for several hours. My husband and son returned to the hotel and went to bed atound 11pm. I returned about midnight and they had inactivated my key card. When I checked my husband's, his was inactivated as well. The night person had given my room to someone else. Luckily, it was my brother-in-law. We were very lucky it wasn't a stranger walking into our room at midnight instead of my brother-in-law. The cold water in the bathroom faucet only trickled. They did not offer a new room. We were originally booked for a King with a sofa bed, but they gave us double Queen beds instead. When checking in originally, they were trying to give me my mother's rooms even though I gave them my name and license and the front desk help tried to say I gave them the wrong name. That was not what happened. They had my license and they tried to blame me. Not professional. I should have read the reviews for this hotel. It shows these things are a pattern and not a one-time thing. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is undergoing renovations right now but still pretty. going to be gorgeous when done. staff is awesome, kind and helpful. only thing i didn't like was guest laundry. it needs updated and cleaned

Our stay was very enjoyable. Quick check in, room clean and comfortable, great breakfast variety. Our only observation would be that you could tell there were areas of the hotel being worked on, maybe being upgraded. The flooring near the elevator wasn't finished and there were spots of paint and caulking that needed to be fix or cleaned up in our bathroom. But we loved our stay and will stay here again next time we come into town.

The bed and bathroom was clean but that was it. The hotel is under construction apparently and it definitely shows. The shower had zero water pressure, the room had a musty smell, the hallways were dirty and smelled very old. Hopefully after they complete the renovations it will be fixed but we will not be staying again

Supposed to have free breakfast but baskets were empty. Every morning all 4 days. Asked every morning if theres bread or fruit or yogurt that can be put out and the 4 days we stayed there, she always said “no sorry”. Couldnt walk next door to grocery store for some toast or fruit….? It rained all weekend and water pouring in through window. AC unit soaked, carpet soaked. Building being old didn't bother me, the terrible service for breakfast that never got corrected bothered me.
