An honest review.

Well, where do I begin...The hotel sign doesn't match the booking. Neither the building, nor the main entrance has any signage. Us and 2 other guests were driving around the perimeter trying to find the lobby. Then the room with a view of the stadium, that I paid extra for, was on the opposite side of the building from where they put us. When I asked about that they said I had to take it up with the 3rd party booking company, Hotels.com. The lobby and other areas are undergoing renovations. That fact was not mentioned in the booking info. But I think the worst part was the AC in the room. No matter what you set it to, the room never dipped below 78 degrees. We all slept on top of the covers (if you call that sleep). I did think that the decor was updated and modern and the workers were polite and professional.

The hotel was under construction during our stay. The phone in our room did not work, and despite notifying the front desk multiple times, no one made any effort to repair it. Additionally, staff entered our room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed, so they could remove furniture. This was unacceptable.

The hotel was under construction, they only had one of the elevators we’re working and the whole time that we were there, children were running and planned through the hallways knocking on doors and everything . We called and reported it nothing was done and we had to be up at 6 o’clock the next morning to go to an event so we were very tired because of that then when I told the staff the next morning when we got ready to check out, she said oh we should’ve called and reported it and I said that we did call and reported and they would have done something and that was basically it very poor service
