This is my third time staying at this location. It is consistently a great place to stay. The one thing I noticed however on my most recent stay is that the accessibility to front desk via the phone was not great and when the phone was eventually answered the staff did not speak English. While I appreciate all cultures and diversities I think it is a reasonable expectation that the staff be able to speak English.

The restaurants have an excellent variety of food options. Expedia was disappointing in that we initially made reservations for 2 nights. When we were able to extend our stay to 4 nights, we called to cancel the first reservation. Expedia kept both reservations and charged us for 6 nights when we arrived! It was a hassle to fix it and refund our money, as the hotel initially said we would have to settle it with Expedia. Finally, the hotel refunded our money, and our graduate family was completely oblivious to the whole experience.
