The room itself was fine, but the room next door was blaring music for hours with a thick weed odor despite it being smoke free facility. I wouldn't normally knock the hotel for the behavior of other guests, but when i tried to reach the front desk to ask them to intervene I couldn't get an answer. I tried 6 times over 2 hours, 4 times from the in-room phone and twice from my cellphone, leaving voicemails each time. When i checked out i asked if there was anyone manning the desk the prior evening, and they insisted there was and said they couldn't find the voicemails; so either they were willfully ignorant or actually this inept, and I'm not sure which is worse. Also, several of the handicapped accessible areas were still partially or fully covered in snow and slush, so woe to anyone who really needed those.

Courteous staff, easy free parking, nice low price. Rooms were a bit antiquated. Thermostat was set to 71, but the room temp was actually 82. I turned off the heat and opened the front door to cool the room. Not a place to stay for amenities, but the price and location are exceptional! Yes, I'd stay here again.
