Roaches everywhere. By far the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Roaches where literally crawling everywhere in the bathroom, under the bed, and on the tables. Immediately left after that. Attempting to get a refund

The pros and cons for an overpriced hotel. Pros: Had a gym (hadn’t been clean in months in seemed….but there was a gym), there was a free breakfast, location was convent but it is not in a great area and when night time begins you probably shouldn’t be walking out alone, and that’s all for the positives. Cons: Water was dripping from all floors in the stairway, there were roaches (not a lot but I certainly saw one scurry across the floor, the shower had an attachments that you had to use to wash because the shower head didn’t work, and overpriced for what you get. This should be labeled as a motel not a hotel and the fact Wyndham claims these hotels drops their entire luxury quality.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Was in town for football game, so there were lots of guests but only one elevator was operational so took a long time waiting for elevator. Used steps and had to carry luggage up and down steps. Room was average, AC/heat units didn’t really work. Holes were patched in walls. Bathroom was extremely small and cramped. Tiny mini fridge in room

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. The lobby appears updated with contemporary furniture and music playing, but the rooms are a completely different story. They were run-down, in need of a paint job, and felt like something straight out of the 1950s. The hallway smelled like smoke, the phone in the room wasn’t working—or even attached to the wall—and we had cockroaches coming in and out through the door and bathroom. We went to the continental breakfast at 9:00 a.m., and everything was gone. The only items offered were waffles, muffins, and fruit. On a positive note, the staff was nice, and check-in and check-out were easy. IHOP is down the street, and the stadium is about a 40-minute walk away. That said, I would not stay here again. Country Inn & Suites is across the street and located near restaurants, which would be a much better option.

Parking was easy, and they have cameras everywhere. Room was not the cleanest one, however the linens were clean. It may be that whomever painted last didn't use a drop cloth and the paint droplets looks like dirt on the darker floor. My standard additional door safelock tool for security didn't work on this door as the prongs were not spaced enough. Would suggest to bring a door stopper instead. Bathroom is showing some age and the walls had some suspicious stains.

The 1st room had roaches . The 2nd they move me to LITERALLY HAD A MOUSE in it. The 3rd room seriously had a pile of CAT FOOD on the floor by the air conditioner unit.
