The house is super cute and comfortable. The hot tub was five star with fresh water. The location was prime right on the lake. It was everything we needed for our family rendezvous. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We needed a child seat and she supplied it. No complaints.

Lake Champlain Gem Dog owner’s paradise!

Clean, nicely updated, comfortable house on beautiful Malletts Bay. Amazing sunset viewing from the beach & the enclosed porch. Dog-friendly to a new level - fully fenced back yard, dog feeding station inside with pot-filler to fill dog water bowl! Enjoyed provided kayak & SUPs. Owner super responsive. Shaded bike trail w/in walking distance. 15 minutes to downtown Burlington. Will definitely stay again!!

Perfect UVM graduation stay

Sweet cottage close to UVM & downtown Burlington & Winooski with parking. We spent only late evenings at the cottage but beds were comfortable. It rained all weekend so we couldn’t take advantage of all of the other amenities.

Colchester is a beautiful area with lots of trails, hiking, biking etc. The house was well-kept with minor issues. A busy road separates the house from the beach. All things considered it was a good stay.
