There was some monkey business going on at check in. No one was at desk. We rang bell. Waited and waited. Finally called emergency number twice and got no answer. The attendant finally showed up acting weird and said she was in a meeting. It was 8 degrees out and the hotel was maybe 1/4 full?? Breakfast was a no go.

The key card didn't work most of the time and neighboring guests also had the e same problem. The front desk did not care!!!

The room was filthy. We didn't even want to sit in the chair because it was so dirty.the sink and bathtub had hair from the previous occupants. The bathtub smelled like urine. And the heater would not stop running. I kept turning it down and it kept kicking back on.

TV would not work, went out to front desk twice, first time they changed remote batteries. Tv turned on would not change channels. Next time they gave another remote. Did not work. Gave up asking. Microwave did not work either. I don’t think staff member liked her job.
