On the right-hand side of the bay, you see the yellow walls of "St. Trop" shining. On the left: Ste Maxime, the slightly more relaxed
Côte d´Azur-beauty. In between, in the middle of the bay: "Font Mourier", idyllically situated on a small hill between cork-oak and pine-trees. Almost on top: Your appartment in Résidence Bellevue.

Some of our regular guests come to stay twice a year. Let yourself be enchanted, too....!

You can enjoy a TERRACE OF MORE THAN 60 qm with a sensational bay view. Only minutes away from sandy beaches: Plage de Port Grimaud ( the famous harbor village that also offers a lot of bars and restaurants ) and Plage de Cogolin (with a good beach restaurant). Both are nice and well groomed, both offer boat / board rental.

But of course, they are not as exclusive as the world-famous Saint-Tropez-Pampelonne beach with its 4,5 km length and a number of legendary beach bars (Club 55, Nikki Beach...). You can have it all ...

PRIVATE PARKING right in front of the house!

Half of your TERRACE turns shady from midday on - which is very comfortable in the summer. The other half keeps the sun until the evening. From here you can watch the highlight and end of the season sailing race "Voiles de Saint-Tropez" like from a box seat.

Walk past the little garden and find - a one-minute-walk away - three pools (mid-april - mid-october): Large ( about 20 strokes), medium, children´s pool. All in a well-maintained pool area with a vast view (open 8 - 21 h).

Some steps in the other direction lead you into this beautiful and large FOREST OF PINE AND CORK-OAK trees. For jogging, walking, strolling - you´ll always find it calm, shady and idyllic there.
Except if wild boars are being hunted. (Seriously: listen well on Saturday and Sunday mornings from October to March before you walk through the woods....;-) )

The ground floor apartment of ca 70 qm is perfectly equipped:

LIVING ROOM with flat screen SAT-TV, digital radio ( incl. bluetooth ). Couch, chair, chest of drawers, cabinet, wine shelf. Travel reading, maps of the region, games, information map from us for you.

The large VERANDA ( well 17 qm ) offers a fabulous view of the whole bay. Furnishing: High table for breakfast - or your laptop in home office. Gel fireplace, extendable dining table and, in a niche, a second fridge with a large freezer.

OPEN KITCHEN with counter, modern and comfortable bar stools, ceramic hob ( 4 hotplates ). Extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, senseo espresso and regular coffee machine, toaster - and an incredible view ( or had I mentioned this before....??? )

Cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery - you will find a complete and good kitchen equipment. Even a French cook book ;-) And: Washing machine, 2 fridges, large freezer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, sewing kit - there´s all you might need!

2 BEDROOMS with Air conditioning. "Placards", the typically french built-in wardrobes, and 2 double beds (2 m x 1,60 each ). Very good mattresses ( best rating from "Stiftung Warentest"!). They offer 2 different firmness choices so that you can choose the best for your back.

We´d be happy to put nice sheets on your bed and provide towels. We offer this service for 20,-€ p.P., to be paid on site (saves you additional platform commission!) But you can just as well decide - as some guests prefer - to bring your own!

BATHROOM with large rain shower and WC. Another guest WC. And another outdoor shower on the terrace !

The TERRACE ( above a small provencal garden with lavender, oleander, jasmine) is equipped with a grey dining table, 4 matching and comfortable chairs ( you can sit more people if you add the chairs from inside ) and 2 comfortable sunbeds. A large table-top barbecue and a clothes horse are also at your diposal.

In the beautiful and well-maintained provencal resort, you can play
TENNIS, TABLE-TENNIS, BOULES free of charge (Table tennis bats and balls as well as a boule game will be waiting for you in our drawer. Feel free to bring your tennis equipment).
Golf-courts - by the way - are everywhere round!

SUPERMARKETS, BAKERY („La Tarte Tropézienne“) outside the resort across the road.
Bakery shop at a 5 mn walk in the resort. Very nice cafés, restaurants, shopping facilities also in COGOLIN ( 5 min by car. Or by bus: bus stop right at the entrance of the resort. ) And on the way, why not visit one of the beautiful and good wineries....?

By the way: COGOLIN is a real insider´s tip on the Côte d´Azur: Away from the hustle and bustle, an authentic modern village in ancient walls. Here you will find real village life also in the winter time, and almost all the restaurants - excellent ones among them - remain open.

Very good hotel restaurant w/ beautiful terrace on top of the hill ( 2 min walk )
Bistro in the residence
Asian restaurant right beside the resort. Large variety of bars, bistros, restaurants in front at the waterside in Port Grimaud or in Port Cogolin. Or in La Mole: fine dining in the renowned country-house "Le Magnan".....
The village of Cogolin offers a lot of good and pleasant places,as well: from pizzerias to fine French cuisine.

TRANSPORT:
30 min. by bike to St. Tropez. There´s a good and broad (but loud) bicycle route all around the bay!

Less than 10 min. to the beach ( on your way back, you might need to walk your bike for the last 200 m up the hill.... )

By car to St. Tropez: 10 min. (not in high season)

Much nicer: by ferry. It starts from Port Cogolin and takes 25 min.

There is also a bus stop at the entrance of "Font Mourier". Busses take you to St. Tropez, Cogolin, Ste Maxime.... but the timetable finishes rather early in the evening.

SAFETY:
Font Mourier´s entrance is monitored by video - even though we haven´t heard of any problems so far. We´ll send you an entrance-code.

CHILDREN are very welcome!
But - sorry! - no animals, please. We are very allergic.

FINAL CLEANING and disinfection: per stay € 90. Please pay directly on site, this way we save you higher platform commissions and transaction costs.
