On this level you will also find the laundry with an additional powder room as well as a single lock up garage. Head upstairs to discover three generously appointed bedrooms, each offering a comfortable retreat for a restful night's sleep. The family bathroom, complete with a bathtub, adds a touch of luxury to your stay. Additionally, a dedicated study nook awaits, providing the perfect spot for working remotely or enjoying some quiet reading time.
