Property was well presented, large and plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 children/young teenagers. Check in was easy. Well equipped kitchen with all the glasses, plates, frying pans etc that you could need. Table Tennis table was added bonus as we had cold, wet weather and could not really use the pool.

Great accommodation for extended families

We used this place for 3 families with young kids (and a dog) to meet half way between the Sunshine Coast and South Coast NSW. There was an enormous amount of room inside and out, plenty of room for meals all together, ample areas for the kids to play and that was without the pool area being even available.Lovely quiet, safe street in a beautiful part of Coffs

This home was the perfect place for our family to relax. Everything was amazing, the home was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location of the home is beautiful and peaceful. Would love to go back in summer so we can use the gorgeous pool!

Home away from home!!!

Myself and 4 friends had a girls weekend away at this beautiful property!! We all felt very relaxed and right at home the minute we walked through th door!!Everything was fresh and cleanand the house was very well equiped with everything you would need for a great hoiday!!Heaps of plates, cups, glasses etc so no need to wash up/dishwasher all the time!!!All in all my friends and I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone and everyone!!!

Perfect for large groups/families

Not a lot to say except every box was ticked. Went to Coffs for a golf weekend and with a group of 8 it can be hard to find accomodation to fit 8 individuals. This place was Bigger than Ben Hur. Multiple entertainment areas inside and out. With ample beds to fit everyone.

Other then....... The fold out couch having mouse droppings on the mattress, the ceiling in the bathroom having mould, the main bedroom with ensuite having empty toilet rolls in closet, the dooner smelling like dog, the window ceilings covered in bugs out stay was a pleasant one for a short weekend stay getaway.

The house was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. It was well-equipped with all the modern conveniences, making our stay not just comfortable but also enjoyable. What really stood out were the thoughtful little extras that added a special touch—everything from extra towels to coffee supplies. The attention to detail was impressive and truly made us feel at home. I went in with high expectations, and I can confidently say this place was better than I imagined. The house is absolutely stunning, in a peaceful area, plenty of room for a big family, very clean & looked after. Only negatives are pool was definitely not heated & there was no gym or spa as described in listing but overall was a nice experience. Would recommend.

Great Family Getaway

Peaceful location we came to Coffs to see all it has to offer, location was great for us the pool was inviting however quite cold but the kids still had a ball. Well equipped with everything you need and loved the rumpus room as it was perfect for our kids can’t wait to come back again

Enjoyable Stay at this Lovely Property

We stayed with some family and friends at this lovely well appointed property. The layout enabled time to be together or break out spaces for the kids / adults etc. Spacious kitchen and balcony and we loved the pool. Wifi drops in and out and 2 bathrooms is tricky for a larger group but we will definitely stay again. It’s a nice quiet location yet less 10 min from shops, restaurants and beach. Best of both worlds ! Hosts were very responsive. Thanks for a great stay.
