One block off of Sherman Avenue (Main Strip Downtown Coeur d' Alene). Bike and walking distance to downtown and Sanders Beach. Centennial trail runs parallel to the back of the property.

The guesthouse has custom woodwork throughout the living quarters. In-unit washer and dryer along with high-end (Bosch) kitchen appliances for full functioning kitchen.

**GARAGE is not included with rental, plenty of street parking available.**
