Extremely helpful and friendly staff, but building itself is a dump. We certainly weren’t expecting the Ritz for the relatively low price, but chipped paint, rusty shower heads, and cargo containers sitting out front were still a bit of a shock. If you’re just looking for a clean bed to sleep in after a long day of activities in the Orlando area, this will do the trick, but if you’re looking to spend any more time than necessary relaxing at your hotel, I’d suggest you look elsewhere.

Provide a better breakfast. Fix the lavatory faucet to get more hot water. Provide rods for the window curtains. Repair potholes in parking lot. Pillow gave me stiff neck. Drain odor is bathroom- likely a dry ptrap.

While the room itself was clean and nice, the overall conditions of the property is kind of sketchy. I was here on business and just needed a place to sleep for a few hrs. The morning breakfast is pretty good and the desk staff is helpful and friendly but the overall condition needs work. I personally won’t stay here again because I believe the competitor may be more expensive, I believe it’s worth the extra money
