Hotel was not more rhan a 2 Beds were terrible and on franes rhat were to large and getting out of bed you hit your leg everytime. The linen on the bed was horrible the comforter was a blanket and not warm and comfy. The towels were a mixture of good and old. The mattresses were sqeaky and hard. The curtains were terrible. I could go on but I think you get the picture. We usually stay at Hilton and now I know why. WORST sleep at a hotel ever. They hotel is under renovations the only thing updated is the front of the hotel I was in the lobby and a girl asked me...is this hotel ok? i told her to look in a room and go somewhere else. The cost of the room was 160.00US. I will always stick with Hilton every hotel has comy beds and great comforters.. Regards Sharon Webb

The room was not in good condition at all. Though the bedding looked new, the pillows were half sized with old pillowcases. There were cigarette burns on the bathtub. A lot of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The curtain to the outside was broken. The shower curtain was filthy. My feet became filthy from the floor. The bright spot was the staff, but the room and its condition were pretty much deplorable.

We asked to check in early was denied. Once we arrived in room after cleaning room. We found dirty mattress pad and kinda smelled musty. We waited 4 hours in the cold lobby for our sub-par room. The front desk lady should have offered us water or a snack while we waited, but she kept saying that check in isn’t until 3. Because of flight times us and others were stuck sleeping in chairs in the lobby. Customer service can be greatly improved. You are in a high demand tourist destination.

The Interstate traffic noise was terrible. The phone wasn't working, which is a health hazard & against code, there wasn't anywhere to hang clothes up, the escape route in case of a fire wasn't on the back of the door, which is also against code, there wasn't a stopper in the bathroom sink. I could go on.......
