We had a great time at this property! It has everything you might need. Doug and Cathy were great hosts and were available anytime I had a question. We were steps away from the ocean and they had a closet full of great beach gear! The pool was great and the community was chill and relaxed. We hope to visit this property on our next visit to Cocoa Beach!

Nicely located and very comfortable and clean unit. While this unit does not directly face the ocean, it still has a nice view of the beach and the water and easy beach and pool access. We enjoyed the porch and the comfortable furniture both inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. I highly recommend this condo.
It was fun to watch a launch from the space station from the beach.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The owners were very communicative to the point that we didn't have to ask any questions at all. This property is pretty great. When they say beachfront they mean it. There's a private beach entrance from the property which is about 100 yards from the door of this condo. The complex felt extremely safe and everyone we interacted with around the property way super friendly. Walking distance to some great food. A quick drive to anything else you would need. Oh, and if you're looking to book during a launch you could literally see it from the comfort of the couch if you wanted to. There are some beach toys and chairs as well which was great.

Very clean, appears to have been newly remodeled. Very nice place. We went the third week of November, very quiet location, hardly no one on the beach and the weather was perfect. Will definitely consider this location for future stays.

Fantastic vacation!!! We stayed for 2 weeks and we could not be happier!! The condo was amazing! Clean, great view, lots of amenities for you to use, and the new furniture in the living room is very comfortable. Not to mention the 85” t.v. made watching shows and movies even better! The owners are easily reachable and very prompt with their responses. They make a real effort to make sure your stay is perfect and it was!!!

Best Experience by far. Owners are the most kind and attentive hosts you could ask for, Doug and Cathy are always a pleasure. The condo is so well stocked for every need you could think of, very clean, updated, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The view can not be beat anywhere in the area, being able to watch the kids swim in the pool while still watching the waves roll in at the same time is unbeatable. Great location far enough away from the pier to avoid all the craziness and have your own private area on the beach, but close enough you can still go and be a part of it if you want. The wisk and grind restaurant next door is such a favorite for breakfast, a few blocks away Oasis Shaved Ice is another favorite and in walking distance, the banana river and bioluminescence this year was amazing to witness and so beautiful and bright. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise, the rocket launches and the calm peacefulness of the night with the sound of the ocean can not be beat. This condo is hands down the best you can get. We love it and look forward to the next year before we even leave. Thank you Doug and Cathy for helping our family make unforgettable memories and sharing your perfect beach home with us.

Great condo and location

Such a lovely spacious condo in a perfect location. It has everything we needed including beach chairs and toys, a Keurig and regular coffee maker, and everything else you might need in the kitchen. The beach here was never busy but it is also close enough to restaurants and activities. The pool was kept very clean and was very comfortably warm. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. Thank you for a great time!

Just Perfect!

This property was beautifully decorated and very clean. Primary bedroom bed was so soft and comfortable. Primary bathroom’s shower had great water pressure/nice shower head. The place is set for all your electronics to be easily charged throughout each room. The assortment of DVDs and CDs is huge! Impressive closet full of beach/pool toys, chairs, coolers, and towels. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The balcony has comfortable chairs and a great view of the pool and beach. We even got to see our first launch! Whisk & Grind was our favorite place to walk to for breakfast. Keyless entry was flawless. Doug & Cathy were very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend their place!
