Blue angels fly right over April 11 & 12! You’ll have front views. Your Cocoa Beach adventure begins at this 2-bedroom condo. Inside, guests find two queen beds and a cozy living room with a sofa and futon, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The two bathrooms feature showers and hair dryers, adding to the soothing comfort of the space. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC, and enjoy the convenience of an iron at your fingertips. Whether you’re lounging in the living room or getting ready for a night out, this lovely condo offers a welcoming retreat. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place.

Best part about this property is that you don’t have to cross A1A if you don’t want to. The beach, pool, Pickleball court, tennis court, shuffleboard court, car wash, small gym, community room, sauna, outdoor shower, accessible shared library are just steps from the condo! One floor with designated parking spot right in front make it easy to access and enter for all ages!
Rules: Max 5 people and no pets. Sorry but the condominium only allows owners to have small animals. Renters can only have them if they’re service animals with paperwork provide provided. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and pool is open from dawn to dusk.

We are less than a mile from Ron John’s. There’s restaurants, cleaners, liquor store, grocery store, and urgent care just across the street. In downtown Cocoa Beach is just a mile and a half away which you can catch by either driving down there or using the free trolley.

Day trips to Port Canaveral, Kennedy space visitor center, universal, or Disney World anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour away.

Closest airport is Melbourne, Florida or Orlando MCO.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Just so we can streamline the cleaning process for Cleaning Lady. Please just notify us which beds and linens were used. By clumping them in a ball or stripping the bed. Same with the towels.
Please load dishwasher and start it. The full cycle takes three hours this way our Cleaning Lady can put things away for the next guest.
For safety of all guests unless something hasn’t been opened and is unperishable please throw it in the trash and we will remove everything from the property food and drink wise. Thank you.
