My husband and I stay in Cocoa Beach once a year as part of our travel through Florida. The condo was excellent and has everything for our needs. Don’t be put off by the older style of the exterior. This is a well maintained property. The interior is nicely decorated with beach vibe. Super clean with well equipped kitchen. I appreciate the extra thoughtful touch that a few Keurig coffee pods were provided to get us through our first morning. The bedroom is large with a comfortable king bed. Just bring your suitcase because Stephanie has provided everything else you need for the beach (chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler). Two major grocery stores are 1 mile south. I usually choose a condo with a good view of the beach from a balcony. But this time, I was happy with the trade-off for a great price to be within steps of the beach. The view from this unit overlooks the parking lot and the backside of the sand dunes. I compromised by enjoying my coffee on the boardwalk while watching the sunrise. It’s all I needed! I would recommend this property and will likely book here again.

Condo was perfect for the 2 of us and was just a short walk to the beach. Convenient walking to Tiny Bar and Fish Camp. The space behind the building was great for sitting in the sun on windy nit so hot days. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed.

Very comfortable, plenty of extras in kitchen, bath and bedroom, felt very much like staying with a family friend. Quiet sleep, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and groceries close by. Easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. Host responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

I was very pleased with the condo. It doesn’t have a view of the beach unless you stand out on the balcony on the front, but it’s a very short walk to the to the beach. I felt very comfortable and safe in the neighborhood. It was a fully stocked kitchen, full-size refrigerator. Make sure you use the sand brush before you go in cause sand is everywhere but that’s kinda nice bed was comfortable. I was able to walk down to the beach and watch a rocket launch at 3 AM. No concerns about my safety.

We had a great stay at this beach condo. Our family of four had plenty of space and the setup was perfect for traveling with small kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, bowls, and even a microwave, which made meals easy. The beach shovels were a big hit with the kids, and the king bed plus cot were both comfortable and exactly what we needed. Overall, a solid stay and a convenient spot for a family beach trip.

Cute beach stay- must use stairs

We came before a cruise and enjoyed having a place on the beach. I thought the listing was for Unit 7 but we got 13 which was up a flight of stairs. Good thing our older friend didn't end up coming. We ordered Door Dash chinese which came really fast. Had no problems getting Lyft rides. Felt safe. It's an older building but well kept, clean, and had all the things we needed. Had plenty of stuff to use on the beach.

This property is only steps to the beach and everything (and then some) is provided for beach fun! The kitchen is well equipped for eating in. The condo is quiet and comfy. This is an older building but it’s clean and maintained.

The property was very nice. The dishwasher was broke upon arrival and Stephanie did everything she could to have it fixed which was appreciated. The beach is very close to the property which is great. We would definitely stay here again.
