In 15 minutes you can experience Norris Lake where boating and fishing can be enjoyed. A short 30 minute drive will get you to Windrock for all your off roading adventures. And if city life is more of your speed, we are a quick 25 minute drive to down town Knoxville where live entertainment, shops, and culture can be found. It is a great location for whatever your plans! This is a non smoking, no pets, new build that people with allergies and asthma will appreciate. This Studio housing can accommodate up to 4 people, with a queen size bed, and a couch with two recliners. This place is located on the owner's property above the detached garage. The detached garage is separate from their house giving you plenty of space and privacy. It has a Smart TV and a gorgeous view depending on your preference. Come experience it for yourself, you won't regret it!
