We moved across country and stayed in a few different hotels during that time and Brentwood was by far the cheapest. It seemed like half the hotel was not operating but the rooms were cleaner than some more expensive ones we stayed in. And David was awesome. We arrived late at night and he left a note on the door to call him when we arrived to get our keys. I would definitely stay there again.

It was so bad I literally walk in and walk out, the room was dirty, the deadbolt would close, looked like someone kicked in the door. I never stayed at the Brentwood, I went down the road and stayed at Best Western

Shady way to scam money

We booked at midnight and arrived at 1 am. They closed at 10! Dod not state this till we received the reservation, not before hand and it processed our booking at midnight. We have not gotten a refund.

Good room size and staff was nice.. The television remote did not work unable to turn off the television. The refrigerator did not work. The sink drain was clogged. The main carpeting throughout the motel was dirty discolored and needed to be vacuumed. Continental breakfast did not come out until 8:30. Well I think that's enough.

Nice quiet nights sleep

The hotel was nice. The room was spacious with a very comfortable king bed. Nice shower. We will stay again when you come through again.

Sweet stay

We enjoyed our stay, we had extremely kind and friendly staff take care of us the entire stay. Miss Maria was very kind especially. She gave me grandma vibes that was so kind and warm and welcoming. Anytime we needed something, weather it was extra towels, trash bags or whatever they accommodated.

When i got there, there was nobody at the front desk for several minutes. I wandered around looking for someone. Finally a lady who spoke very little English showed up. She could not find my reservation. I finally looked on the counter and a paper with my name and reservation was right there. I said this is me. I paid for a king room, non smoking. They put me in a room with a queen bed that had very clearly been smoked in. I went back up to front and explained the situation. Her response, well we opened the window and aired it out. Then she said that a king bed would be more. I showed her my reservation again that showed a king ned non smoking. She did move me. The 2nd room around me was better and did not smell. However, rooms all around me had smokers in them and every so often i could smell their odor. The bed was actually fairly comfortable for a hotel bed. The room was not much. The chair in the room was broken. The place is very dated and you get what you pay for.
