The room was neglected a bunch of dirt everywhere. So much grime on the elevator buttons and doors. Shower had broken wall it was just caulking all over it doors would not close

The staff was great, however there was a smell when I would lay down in the second bed on the right side in room 110 and I felt a dampness when I laid down but I did not always smell it so I thought the smell might be where something got spilled on the carpet. However when changing out of my pajamas on Sunday I realized they smelled like urine and then went and smelled the mattress on the side I slept on and it reaked of urine down where my butt & legs would lay at which time I realized I had been sleeping on a matress that had been urinated on and not properly cleaned or replaced. I reported this to the housekeeping staff when I was leaving so hopefully they got this issue resolved
