Overall, my stay was very good. The hotel was comfortable and well maintained. The staff was always very friendly, greeting me every time and treating me kindly. I felt welcomed during my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and staff, very friendly. I was required to use my credit card for "incidentals" which I assured the staff that I was not going to use. I was told the credit or debit card was "hotel policy". In spite of not using any "incidentals", there is a $3.00 charge on my credit card that was supposed to be refunded but has not.

This is a fun hotel and the 2nd time we’ve stayed here before an early morning flight out of town. The rooms are very large, clean and a have a modern art deco with a glimpse of the past design. Rotary phones are in the rooms. Everything was very clean. Staff was pleasant and professional. We had to leave too early for breakfast but the dining area is large and clean and looks to have a nice buffet. We will stay here again. As a former NASA building, it has pictures and designs that thrill aviation buffs like my husband.

Great stay as always. This is my go-to hotel when flying in and out of CLE. Rooms are spotless, service great. You can see the planes coming and going from your window. Rental car return is 5 minutes away!
