The room itself was fine, but the traffic noise was excessive. A highway on-ramp wraps around the entire property, so you hear cars revving up all night. Seemed newly renovated and clean, so earlier reviews about uncleanliness no longer apply.
I was totally disappointed with this room the staff and everything about it Blood on the sheets on my checkout your staff member stole a credit card from me and returned it. I tried to get in touch with Expedia customer service to no avail please return my call at your earliest convenience. 216-855-9206.
Unclean. Unprofessional. Dirty. Nasty. THE ICE MACHINE IN THE LOBBY BY THE FRONT DESK IS DISGUSTING. EVERYTIME WE FILLED OUR CUPS WITH ICE, BLACK DIRTY CHUNKS ALL OVER ICE. LASTNIGHT WE FOUND TWO ICE CUBES WITH A DEAD BUG FROZEN INSIDE OF ONE AND THE ORHER CHUNK OF ICE HAD FROZEN LEAVES OR GRASS. THE MACHINE IS OPEN FROM THE BOTTOM SO DUST DIRT AND LEAVES FROM OUTSIDE BLOWS UNDER THE MACHINE WHENEVER YOU OPEN THE LOBBY DOOR. DO NOT USE ICE MACHINE. FOR YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR FAMILY SAFETY
Very very unsafe. Unclean. Unprofessional. The woman at the front desk screamed at me because I asked for my key to be reactivated. She threaten to cause harm to me if I kept talking and wanted me to shut. The man isn’t too bad the woman on the other hand is evil and vindictive. Please please becareful at a place like this
This was an horrible experience for me and my girls. We stayed for a few days because we had a fire but the staff is unprofessional and very very very racist. The first night we stayed they gave us a room with huge yellow stains all over the sheets. The tried to over the dirty bed up by tightening the sheets under the bed covering it with a top sheet and comfortable. The pillow cases are filthy and we had to use our own linens just to sleep comfortably. Hair was all over the toilet, shower and walls of the bathroom. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. We only had a half roll of tissue left and the staff were angry and denied us any tissues because they said we asked too late. It 9pm after I was off work and we didn’t have anything to use the rest room. We had to get someone to bring us tissue for the bathroom. There were other tenants in the motel who were looking at my minor children and making advances at them sexually and we told them we weren’t comfortable and the staff mentioned they had a gun and would try to find out who the person was even though we told them about the pervert and which units they stayed in. I will never return to this facility nor would I recommend anyone with children or women bring someone here. Very very unsanitary. Lastly we killed about four different bugs. One of them were under the covers with me and my daughter. We found two on the walls by the curtain and another was on the floor by the bed. A lot of prostitution and activity on the property.

the man at the front is rude. Called him & asked how much it was for a room & he told us $75 and then proceeded to ask for a cash deposit when we got there (he didn’t bring it up on the phone) which took our total to $105. Booked on Expedia for $67. Seems to me like he might be pocketing the “deposit.”
