AWFUL customer service I called the day prior asking about early check in as I was coming from Canada the lady told me 25 $ once I arrived the check in lady told me 100$ CASH ONLY atm wasn’t working so had to go find an atm later to find out it was a complete scam !!!! I was one of many tonight that this happened too

We love this hotel and will stay every time we need to be in the Cleveland area. The location is amazing and just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland. The staff always make you feel comfortable and always ready for a friendly chat. My kids loved the huge swimming pool and the fitness center was very well stocked. We did not have to go out for dinner because there is an attached Mexican restaurant which was delicious. Everything was very clean and housekeeping staff were very attentive. They even have a patio at the pool to sit and relax. We have found our new home away from home :)

The location is really great. Needed to be at Huntington Bank Field and this was short drive away. It took us about 10 minutes. The hotel is beautiful, very large with an indoor pool, fitness center and even an attached restaurant. Our room was clean and very spacious with a nice sitting area. The staff were super helpful and polite. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again.

Well, for the bad rap it got it actually was an enjoyable place to stay. Maybe we got lucky maybe that’s the way it always is but it was fine. Good room for the money comfortable some of the furniture a little beat up but not oh my God terrible. People at the reception desk were super nice in a Mexican restaurant conveniently attached was kind of a plus.

The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. The bathroom toilet was a bit broken, the hallway had a foul cat smell. The jacuzzi was not working and Saturday checkout didn’t match with pool opening hrs. We couldn’t use the pool, even though we had wrist bands with the date of checkout.

Checking in I asked to add more people to my stay and was told no that I had to buy extra wristbands to get access to the pool even if I wasn’t swimming, So paid an extra $40 for nothing because the pool was closed. My bathroom wall and behind the toilet was disgusting and had black mold all around it. This place is not safe with collapsing ceiling tiles throughout the hotel. The parking lot had a dead mouse right outside the doors. The other accessible doors do not work with your key card you HAVE to go through the main entrance and the parking is far away from the doors.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was very clean and quiet and the bed was so comfortable I overslept! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome even recommending their favorite dishes from the attached Mexican restaurant. We really loved the pool and just hanging out at the pool patio in the evening. My husband was able to keep up with his workout routine in their large fitness center which was great. There was even a free breakfast in the morning. If you need to be in the Cleveland area, choose this hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel nicely located right off the interstate and just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland. Check in went quickly even though they were busy and the staff were super helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable and had a large sitting chair which was a plus. The pool is huge and heated. There was free breakfast, free WIFI and free easy parking. There is a restaurant on site with a large menu and two bars which was great as I didn't have to go out for dinner. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The property has great potential, but the grounds need a lot of improvement. This property is apparently used as a transient hotel. The breakfast was very limited. The highlight was the restaurant attached to the hotel.
