Needs repairs

This was just a stop over for us - a last minute booking. The prices were very reasonable but our room was rough. Clean enough, but the beds and pillows were pretty bad and the state of our bathroom was absolutely terrible: - shower head broken - ceiling tiles broken - tub basin cracked and stained Sometimes you just need a place to rest, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Filthy.

Checked in to find the room was filthy. Stains and mold in the bathroom. Stains on chairs and carpet. Stray dog disrupting others. Not provided with room type requested at check in. Only stayed a few minutes before asking the manager for a refund. She willingly agreed and shared that she would approve once hotels.com gave authorization. They did but she never responded to them so refund denied. Don’t care so much about the refund but DON’T ever stay here unless you enjoy unclean rooms and an insecure hotel

Not worth it. You get what you pay for

Fruit flies swarming the sink. Nasty smell in the room. Bathroom ceiling had holes and water damage, floors had burn holes walls where dirty with some kind of splatter. Counch was very old with a less old couch cover. Bed was surprising soft but springy. Desk and dresser where sticky and very warn. People out side smoking all over some smoking pot.

The woman at the front desk was kind and friendly. I was surprised when I came in to explain that my smoke detector battery was beeping, and she completely expected me to replace it myself. (She provided the battery) but I was honestly shocked that for $140 a night there wouldn’t be someone on staff to replace a battery. I had to stand on an unstable, dirty chair to replace it. The bathroom door had questionable stains in it, and the desk chair was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were clean which I appreciated. And again, the woman at the front desk was kind, I was just shocked at her not explaining that maybe there wasn’t anyone there to switch the battery. She just assumed I’d do it. If I was elderly that would have been a major problem.
