My apartment is part of a residential building where you can enjoy a safe and convenient location. Please keep in mind that the building management handles the upkeep of hallways, elevators, and exterior areas. While I’ll always assist with matters inside the unit, external issues are managed by the building staff.



To ensure a comfortable stay, please keep windows, patio doors, and the front door closed, as there is currently a seasonal swarm of midges in the area.

Noise from outside or other apartments: The building is in an urban setting and units are next to each other but remain private. Noise from neighbors or the street is beyond the host’s control.

The property was advertised to have two beds, but the pullout couch is completely broken and unusable. The property was dirty and there were dead spiders in the shower and insect bugs and flies actively flying around the unit. The property manager has failed to issue me a refund so I would like a refund from Expedia as soon as possible. We couldn’t even sleep properly the first night and had to book a hotel that was extremely expensive for the second night.
