Hot in Cleveland

AC went out during multiple hot days. So did hot water. Kept saying it would be fixed multiple days, only to break again and be hot. Went to sleep and it was still 84 degrees in my room. My collegues where at 3 other hotels around and they did not have these issues.

The hotel was amazing, beautiful, and clean. The one thing I was hoping for was that the pool was closed and we took my nephew there for his 10th birthday and he was sad that was one of the main reasons for staying at the hotel it had a beautiful pool so i would have stayed elsewhere if i knew the pool was closed.

The room was clean but nothing special. The front desk staff and the bellhops were very friendly and helpful. The valets were crabby and one was literally napping with his head on his desk. You pay a lot for a room and parking but don’t expect anything more than an average hotel room. You pay for the location.

We arrived earlier than expected, but Frank at the front desk was a pleasure to meet and deal with. Got us right up to our room no problem. I highly recommend getting a king bed corner room with a lake view! Property is clean and the coffee shop is better than any hotel I’ve been to.
