Everything with the hotel was fine. Food, pool, rooms. The things that were not good were not the hotels fault. The hotel was full of teens and their parents in town for a softball tournament. They spent a lot of time at the hotel since it was raining and the adults pretty much dominated the breakfast area throughout the day playing cards, drinking beer and just taking over any space we might have wanted to hang with our family of 9, in town for a funeral. The other thing that happened was I unknowingly called a number, thinking I was talking to the Hampton Inn and was promised a conjoining room. Turns out I called a 3rd party who promised me the rooms. The reason for the request was we had one family that have 4 kids ages 5 and under. We were instead given rooms across from one another. Obviously, this would not have been a safe option. So, they all stayed in a room with a king sized bed, pull out couch, portacrib and basset. Looked like a camp ground. Not ideal. I have definitely learned from my mistake.

The location of this hotel was good near to airport and a Walmart across the road. I loved the room however there was pretzels in the chair and hair on my bed. I was only there for one night so when I was checking out at 4am in the morning I was hoping the lady would ask how was my stay so I could tell her what I found but she didn't. I decided not to bring it up as I did not have time as my ride was already outside to take me to the airport. I would suggest the hotel be be more attentive to cleaning the facilities and ensuring the coffee at the front desk is hot.

Very nice Hampton Inn. We have stayed here a couple of times. Our only complaint has been, despite staying for three or four nights, housekeeping has never come to our room during our stay. Don't know if this is because we have always stayed over a weekend or because they are very short staffed.
