This is a good property to stay at... especially during the week. On weekends there were many folks driving very loud motorcycles thru town consistently in the evening / early night. The soundproofing on the room appears to be grossly insufficient to insulate against it. On the weekends, downtown Cleveland is nearly uninhabited. Means that the homeless and mentally ill are the only folks on many blocks... during the week shouldn't be an issue though. Nice hotel. Good location. Reasonable pricing. Great breakfast (omlettes are surprisingly good).

Everything about my stay was excellent. Be aware that if you’re not planning on using their valet, there is a nearby parking garage as a cheaper option that isn’t ideal for coming and going if you’re going to take the car out a lot.

The hotel and staff were nice. Happy hour at the bar was fun, Melissa the bartender was really friendly! Only complaint is how noisy the street was at night. Every motorcycle with its radio blasting sounded like it was right outside our window, and it continued well past 1:00 AM.

The property was not bad. Staff was very good, breakfast options were almost none. The room was clean but the parking was no convinient. They only had valet which was as expensive as a 5 star hotel and the public parking was not very close

The air conditioning in my room wouldn’t cool the room below 75 degrees. They sent a man to fix it, he reset it and we left for the game. We came back to our room three hours later to the same temperature
