Everything was excellent and the room was very clean, except that there was some dust on the top ledge of the sink in the bathroom. Also it was missing a shower curtain. However, Shia at the desk was wonderful and everything was taken care of immediately. Very friendly, welcoming and kind.

Great value great stay

The Drury Inn was in a very convenient area with plentiful shopping and restaurants. I love the Drury for the value. I stayed 3 nights, and ate free breakfast and dinner each day. The room was clean and comfortable with daily maid service. The employees were all very nice, cheerful and polite. This will be my new go to hotel for my Ohio business trips.

LOVED this hotel! "Kickback" dinner & drinks at night were amazing ... can't believe it was free! Room was clean, bed was comfortable & I particularly loved the cozy sitting chair with footstool. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area!

Drury Beachwood is my goto hotel in Cleveland! Hands down the best hotel. Apps & drink tickets for happy hour, close to everything, clean, pet friendly & the staff is beyond fantastic!

Great hotel. Running kids in hallways into the Evening, also children not being supervised near food areas were issues. Food was great and replenished well. However, there was no area I noticed to recycle any recyclables. Also a premium tv channel was dearly missed (like HBO). Shower was very nice pressure and temperature, but the door opens on opposite end from towel bar. Also no exhaust fan in bathroom and auto light in middle of night was not fun.

We always stay at Drury in Beachwood when we can. The odd thing about this trip is that there were nails on the floor. We left them on the desk. Also -- your coffee is horrible, always has been - tastes like dirt.
