If you enjoy sleeping in a soft bed inside a slow-cooking crockpot, this place might be for you. The bed was actually really comfortable and the shower water temp was perfect—small wins. Free parking was a plus and the lot was well-lit, so I didn’t feel like I was walking into a horror movie. Checkout was super quick, which I appreciated because I was eager to get back to breathable air. Check-in though? Oddly slow for 9 at night. Like, was the front desk typing my info with one finger? Now the real issue: the room temp. I set the thermostat to 61°, as recommended by the maintenance guy, but the room basically said “Nah.” It climbed to 75° and stayed there, never dipping below 72°. No air circulation. None. I didn’t sleep—I marinated. There’s no complimentary breakfast, but you can pay $12 for one at the restaurant if you’re into overpaying for eggs and toast. Pool area was completely empty, which was kind of nice, and the pool itself looked clean—if I hadn’t been cooked alive in my room, I might’ve actually used it. All in all, decent bones but some sweaty flaws. Bring a portable fan and low expectations.

The property is becoming very run down, old and outdated. I get the same room every time I book through Expedia and the dirt in the corners is building up to the point of being disgusting. I will be looking for stays in a different city.

W arrived and room was not ready, we had to wait for 45 minutes. The air conditioning unit was not working in our room . We asked them to fix it, not happened! We asked to clean our room and bring us clean towels, not happened! Staff was rude , they said they are understaffed and the ac unit is old! Worst hotel ever! Do not waste your Money here! Worst customer service Till now the manager has not called to apologize or try to compensate us for our poor stay

The staff was very rude. The room was dirty and smelled awful. The floor was damp and the air conditioning was not working appropriately. Staff walked into our room at 9pm at night while me and my wife were in bed together. There was a lot of violent activity taking place in the parking lot. Worst experience of my life staying at a hotel and they took a $100 security deposit and I haven’t received it yet in a refund. I 100% do not recommend

Almost the entire stay (3 nights) was not satisfactory. House keeping didn't come, had to go to front desk to replace towels, soap, Kleenex. No usual things in room ie; cups, coffe, (there was a pot but nothing to make) directory, garbage bags. When calling front desk for request the girl was rude.

Used to be a DoubleTree but now appears to be under new ownership and/or management. Dramatically different from when we stayed there last year - quality much lower. We had to move rooms in the middle of the night because the marijuana smoke from the next room was too much for my kids and my family, yet employees did not seem concerned nor did they offer any help moving beyond telling us what room we could go to. Moreover, we had previously asked for our room to be cleaned and towels refreshed during our 4-night stay, yet this was never done.
