Decent stop for quick family trip

Very comfy beds & plenty of bath linens. Great customer service. Plenty of USB plugs & good TV options. However, we had to change rooms b/c bathroom light went out & no one to fix it until nect morning despite arriving in early workday afternoon. Fridge was lukewarm at best. Someone was definitely smoking on 1st floor despite being nonsmoking hotel. Rooms and hotel were rather outdated. The breakfast was okay but ran out of hot food & juice quickly.

The bed was comfy but the pillows were hard. The room was ok, but no amenities The elevator was dirty.The breakfasts were varied and good, since my stay was a few days, but the coffee was tasteless. In general, my stay was ok, but I probably wouldn't choose to stay ther again. Not worth the price. .

My toom had vomit and pee stains throughout the room and the noise levels were crazy. The only reason why this hotel got stars is because of the man over the dining (breakfast ) he literally made the entire experience worth it in the end with his hospitality and care for the guest.

Just far enough from heavy traffic to be quiet but for dining and shopping everything you could think of is within a half mile of the hotel. Also close to major hospital which is why I stayed there.

The room was fine and the bed comfortable. Carpet needs to be replaced. It is worn and stained. I'd stay here again when in Cleveland.
